采用阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的有效性分析

目的分析阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的有效性。方法随机取儿科的120例小儿支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象,患儿在2019年4月—2020年5月期间入院,按照家属意愿分为两组,分别行常规治疗(对照组)与联合阿奇霉素治疗方案(观察组),对比两组的临床疗效、症状消失时间、血清炎性指标和不良反应。结果与对照组比,观察组治疗有效率更高,且组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),χ2=4.9041;与对照组比,观察组患儿发热消失时间、喘息消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部湿罗音消失时间均比较低,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),t=13.5998/5.7923/5.3119/5.8124;和对照组比较,观察组治疗后CRP、ESR、IL-6均比较低,且组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),t=15.2874/5.8222/7.6734。和对照组数据比较,观察组不良反应数据少,组间数据符合常态分布,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),χ2=5.9259。结论阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎有效性高,症状消失快,可有效控制炎症,减轻患儿痛苦。

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasmal pneumonia in children.Methods 120 children with mycoplasmal pneumonia in pediatrics were randomly selected as the research object.The children were admitted from April 2019 to May 2020 and were divided into two groups according to the wishes of their families.They were treated with conventional treatment(control group)and combined Azithromycin treatment plan(observation group),compare the efficacy of the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group has higher treatment efficiency,and the data difference between the groups is significant,P<0.05,χ2=4.9041;compared with the control group,the observation group's fever disappeared time,wheezing disappeared time,cough disappeared time,lung The disappearance time of wet rales was relatively low,and P<0.05,t=13.5998/5.7923/5.3119/5.8124;compared with the control group,the CRP,ESR,IL-6 of the observation group after treatment were relatively low,and the data difference between the groups Significantly,P<0.05,t=15.2874/5.8222/7.6734.Compared with the data of the control group,the observation group has fewer adverse reaction data,and the data between the groups conforms to the normal distribution,the difference is significant,P<0.05,χ2=5.9259.Conclusion Azithromycin is highly effective in treating mycoplasma pneumonia in children,and the symptoms disappear quickly.It can effectively control inflammation and reduce the pain of children.It is recommended to promote it.
