护理风险管理在小儿输液室的应用分析

Analysis on the Application of Nursing Risk Management in Children's Transfusion Room

目的分析输液患儿护理需求,评价护理风险管理的干预效果,以提高患儿输液安全性和效果。方法选择我院小儿输液室的100例患儿,获得家属知情同意,伦理委员会批准,进行1:1比例法分组。对照组50例患儿采取输液常规护理,研究组50例患儿配合护理风险管理。比较2组输液患儿的不良事件发生率情况、护理工作质量评分。结果组间基础护理、操作熟练度、操作规范度以及服务态度护理工作质量评分比较,研究组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组间反复穿刺、液体渗漏、针头脱落等不良事件发生率比较,研究组发生率少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于患儿的特殊性,患儿输液期间反复穿刺、液体渗漏等风险较高,实施护理风险管理可以在提高护理质量的基础上提高输液小儿的安全性。

Objective To analyze the nursing needs of infusion children and evaluate the intervention effect of nursing risk management,so as to improve the safety and effect of infusion for children.Methods 100 children in the pediatric transfusion room of our hospital were divided into groups by 1:1 ratio method with the informed consent of their families and the approval of the ethics committee.50 children in the control group were given routine infusion nursing,and 50 children in the study group cooperated with nursing risk management.The incidence of adverse events and the quality of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of basic nursing,operation proficiency,operation standard and service attitude were higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events such as repeated puncture,liquid leakage and needle falling off in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the particularity of children,the risk of repeated puncture and liquid leakage during transfusion is high.The implementation of nursing risk management can improve the safety of transfusion children on the basis of improving the quality of nursing.
