摘要
汽车覆盖件冲压模具高速大批量生产过程中存放氮气缸频繁漏气,分析了漏气原因并从存放装置种类、存放氮气缸压缩比、氮气缸散热条件、新型模具结构、专用氮气缸、可控延时氮气缸等方面提出了改善该问题的解决思路。
In the high-speed mass production of automobile panel press die,the gas spring often leaks.This paper analyzes the reasons for the leakage,and puts forward some solutions to improve the problem from the types of storage devices,compression ratio of storage gas spring,heat dissipation conditions of gas spring,new die structure,new types of gas spring and so on.
