摘要
以汽车天窗中横梁翻边模具,改为自动化冲压加有料检测机构为例,介绍了一种改变传统,更加简洁小巧的新型有料检测机构。通过对比方案分析,突出了一种新型有料检测机构在提高了模具强度,降低了模具制造成本方面的优势,同时也详细阐述了一种新型有料检测机构的结构和工作过程。
Taking the flanging die of the cross beam in the automobile skylight,which is changed to automatic stamping and added a material testing mechanism as an example.This paper introduces a change traditional,more concise and compact new material testing mechanism.By comparing the scheme analysis,highlights a new material testing mechanism in improving the die strength,reduces the die manufacturing cost advantages.At the same time,the structure and working principle of a new material testing mechanism is described in detail.
