一种取代弹弓顶杆的机械顶出结构

摘要 汽车饰件中很多零件在狭小空间中存在小倒扣,这种塑件结构的注射模采用弹弓顶杆才能实现倒扣的脱模,但弹弓顶杆存在加工困难、易磨损以及成本高的缺点,后期模具维护成本高。以中控面板上的倒扣为例,为避免弹弓顶杆的不足,设计了一种机械顶出结构来实现倒扣的脱模,达到弹弓顶杆顶出的效果。 Many parts of automobile trim have small turnovers in a narrow space.The injection mold of this product structure uses the slingshot thimble to realize the knockout of the turnovers.However,the slingshot thimble has the disadvantages of difficult processing,easy wear and high cost,and the later mold maintenance cost is high.According to the characteristics of the product,this paper analyzes and designs a mechanical ejection structure to realize the demoulding of the backward button in a narrow space,so as to achieve the ejection effect of the ejection of the ejection ejector pin of the catapult and avoid the shortage of the ejector pin of the catapult.
