沥青路面施工中的离析及其控制技术分析

摘要 当前,公路运输是我国最为常用的运输方式之一。2019年,我国公路里程为501.25万公里,高速公路里程14.96万公里。货物与旅客的周转量都在不断增加。而当前,沥青混凝土是高速公路面层的主要形式。沥青路面在施工的过程中容易出现离析现象,这会造成水损坏,影响运输质量。除了横向和纵向离析之外,温度与级配而引发的离析也是比较常见的。为了实现对离析的控制,工作人员需要对沥青混合料的质量进行控制,同时对拌合、运输过程中温度的控制,最后还要对摊铺工艺进行优化。 Currently,road transportation is the most commonly used mode of transportation in our country.In 2019,my country’s highway mileage was 5.0125 million kilometers and highway mileage was 149,600 kilometers.The turnover of cargo and passengers is constantly increasing.At present,asphalt is the main material for expressways.Asphalt pavement is prone to segregation during construction,which will cause water damage and affect transportation quality.In addition to horizontal and vertical segregation,segregation induced by temperature and gradation is also relatively common.In order to realize the control of segregation,the staff need to control the quality of the asphalt mixture,at the same time control the temperature in the mixing and transportation process,and finally optimize the paving process.
