摘要
普通的箱梁模板需分块拆装,容易产生模板错缝、混凝土表面错台等病害。与拼装式的普通模板相比,整体式液压箱梁模板在第一次拼装验收完成后可进行整体拆装,具有安拆方便,施工效率高的优势,同时液压模板的刚度大,整体性好,拼缝少,使得箱梁的外观和尺寸得以有效控制。整体式液压模板在云茂高速项目箱梁预制施工中得到成功应用,本文主要论述液压模板的施工工法和社会经济效益,可为类似工程提供参考。
The common box girder formwork needs to be disassembled and assembled separately,and it is difficult to control the formwork joint and the concrete surface misalignment.Compared with the assembly type common template,the integral hydraulic box girder template can be disassembled and assembled after the first assembly acceptance,which has the advantages of convenient installation and disassembly,high construction efficiency,and the hydraulic template has the advantages of high rigidity,good integrity,and less splicing,the appearance and size of the box girder can be effectively controlled.The integral hydraulic formwork has been successfully applied in the precast construction of the box girder of Yunmao high-speed project.The construction method and the analysis of social and economic benefits of the hydraulic formwork are mainly discussed in the following.
