摘要
研究了采用硅酸盐水泥砂浆(对照组)与添加了15%气化渣的硅酸盐水泥砂浆在0、150、250和350次冻融循环作用后的质量、抗压强度和动弹性模量性能的变化情况。结果表明,两组砂浆的冻融循环过程中性能变化规律相似,并且两组砂浆质量损失、强度损失以及动弹性模量损失均较小,添加15%气化渣对硅酸盐水泥砂浆抗冻性能影响不大,但能够消纳部分煤化工固体废弃物,减少水泥熟料的使用,具有较好的环境保护效益。
The changes of mass loss, compressive strength and dynamic modulus of Portland cement mortar(OPC) and Portland cement mortar with 15% gasification slag added(QPC) after 0, 150, 250 and 350 freeze-thaw cycles. Results show that the two groups of slurry in the process of freezing and thawing cycle performance change rules are similar, and two groups of mortar mass loss, strength loss and the loss of dynamic modulus of elasticity were smaller, adding 15% slag gasification on Portland cement mortar antifreeze performance impact is not obvious, but can be given part of the coal chemical industry solid wastes, reducing the use of cement clinker, have important environmental protection benefits.
