摘要
微波加热技术能有效地破碎混凝土并释放粗骨料。为了评价该技术对再生粗骨料的影响,比较研究了微波加热和传统加热剔选后再生粗骨料的表观密度、吸水率、坚固性和压碎指标等性能。结果表明,与传统加热相比,经微波加热后再生粗骨料的各项物理性能更加符合GB/T 25177-2010《混凝土用再生粗骨料》的要求。此外,在特定的条件下,微波处理后再生粗骨料的各项性能更接近天然骨料。
Microwave heating technology can effectively crush concrete and liberate coarse aggregates. To evaluate the effect of this technology on recycled coarse aggregate, the apparent density, water absorption, soundness and crushing index of the coarse aggregates under microwave heating and conventional heating were compared and investigated. The results illustrate that compared with the conventional heating, the physical properties of recycled coarse aggregate after microwave heating are more in line with the requirements of GB/T 25177-2010"Recycled Coarse Aggregate for Concrete". Besides, under certain conditions, the properties of recycled coarse aggregate after microwave treatment are closer to those of natural aggregate. Therefore, microwave irradiation can effectively promote the separation of coarse aggregate and mortar, and reduce the properties degradation of recycled coarse aggregate, which provides a reference for microwave-assisted recycling of waste concrete coarse aggregate.
