Analysis on the Influence Factors of Impact Strength Test of Simply Supported Beam

通过简支梁冲击仪测试数据的波动,从制样细节、实验人员经验、环境温湿度三个方面对冲击强度的影响进行简单分析,指出温湿度是影响冲击强度的最大因素,需在条件允许的情况下尽量规避。

Through the fluctuation of test data of simply supported beam impactor, the influence of sample preparation details, experimenter’s experience and environmental temperature and humidity on impact strength is analyzed, and it is pointed out that temperature and humidity is the biggest factor affecting impact strength.
