摘要
随着挂篮施工在连续梁施工中的广泛应用,0#块作为挂篮锚固平台,其施工质量对桥梁而言起着决定性作用。文中结合某特大桥0#块托架施工进行设计与安全检算,利用有限元程序进行托架各部件强度检算、变形检算,其结果均满足规范要求,为同类桥梁施工提供了经验。
With the wide application of hanging basket construction in continuous beam construction, the construction quality of 0# block as the hanging basket anchorage platform will play a decisive role.In this paper, the design and safety calculation of 0# block bracket construction of a super large bridge are carried out, and the strength and deformation of each component of the bracket are checked by finite element program. The results meet the specification requirements, and provide experience for similar bridge construction.
