摘要
近年来,EPC模式在福建省的工程建设项目中逐步推广,取得一定成效的同时也暴露出不少问题,尤其在财政投资项目中,业主方的造价控制显得尤为被动。文中在实际案例的基础上,分析了业主方在各个建设阶段的造价控制对策。
In recent years, the EPC mode has been gradually utilized in the engineering construction projects in Fujian Province. Even though it has achieved certain effectiveness, many problems have also emerged. Especially in the financial investment projects, the owner’s cost control appears to be particularly passive.Based on the actual case, This paper analyzes the owner’s’ cost control strategies in each construction stage.
