This article discusses the planning and positioning of Shanxi’s characteristic tourism cities from the perspective of ecological civilization, and puts forward several development suggestions to promote the progress of Shanxi’s characteristic tourism industry and the construction of ecological civilization, and provide basic guarantee for the healthy development of my country’s tourism industry.
