益肾安胶囊活血化瘀作用研究

摘要 研究益肾安胶囊的活血化瘀作用,为临床应用提供实验依据.试验采用大鼠寒凝血瘀症模型,观察对血液粘度、血浆粘度、血小板活性及凝血功能的影响;采用小鼠微循环障碍模型,观察对微动脉、微静脉及毛细血管网开放数的影响.结果显示,益肾安胶囊以0.5、1.0、2.0 g/kg的剂量连续灌胃给药10 d,中、低剂量组能明显降低寒凝血瘀症大鼠的全血粘度,高剂量组可明显抑制由ADP诱导的血小板聚集;以0.35、0.7、1.4、2.8 g/kg的剂量连续灌胃给药3 d,均能明显对抗肾上腺素致微循环障碍模型小鼠的微动脉和微静脉血管收缩,对毛细血管开放数有增加趋势.提示,益肾安胶囊可降低血液粘度、抑制血小板集聚、改善微循环,为活血化瘀的功能提供了实验依据. The effect of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis of Yishen an(YSA)capsule was studied to provide experimental basis for clinical application.The effects of blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,platelet activity and coagulation function were observed in rat model of cold coagulation and blood stasis.The effect of microcirculation disturbance on the number of arterioles,venule and capillary network was determined in mice.Results showed that,the whole blood viscosity of rats with cold coagulation and blood stasis was significantly reduced after the YSA administration for successive 10 days at 0.5 and 1.0 g/kg,and the platelet aggregation induced by ADP was significantly inhibited in the 2.0 g/k g group.In addition,YSA at 0.35,0.7,1.4,2.8 g/kg for successive 3 days significantly antagonized the arteriole and vena vena vasoconstriction in the model mice with microcirculation disturbance induced by adrenaline,and had an increasing trend in the number of capillaries open.YSA can reduce blood viscosity,inhibit platelet aggregation and improve microcirculation,which provides experimental basis for further study.
