摘要
以过渡金属离子Mn^(4+)为发光中心,通过离子交换法合成了一种新颖的CsNaSnF_(6)∶Mn^(4+)红光材料,利用X线衍射、扫描电镜、X线能谱、X线荧光光谱对材料的结构和物性进行了系统的表征,研究了Mn^(4+)掺杂量对材料光学性质如激发光谱、发射光谱、变温光谱、寿命等的影响,探索了“CsNaSnF_(6)∶Mn^(4+)-YAG-GaN芯片”组合而成的白光LED器件的光学性能,得到了色坐标为(0.3838,0.3370),显色指数(Ra)为86.6,色温(T c)为3540 K的白光器件.结果显示,红光材料的加入显著改善了器件的冷白光属性,表明所合成红光材料在暖白光LED照明中的潜在应用.
In this work,a novel red-emitting CsNaSnF_(6):Mn^(4+)phosphor was prepared via the ion-exchange route.The physio-chemical and luminescence properties were systematically investigated by powder X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope,X-ray fluorescence.The influence of Mn^(4+)concentration on the luminescence properties,such as photoluminescence excitation,photoluminescence and lifetime was investigated.Coating the obtained CsNaSnF_(6):Mn^(4+)with YAG on the blue GaN chip,a warm white light-emitting diode with high color rendering index(Ra=86.6),low correlated color temperature(T c=3540 K)and CIE coordinates(0.3838,0.3370)was obtained,indicating its potential application for warm white light illumination.
