中医辨证治疗缺血性进展性脑卒中急性期的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of TCM Syndrome Differentiation in Treatment of Acute Stage of Ischemic Progressive Stroke

目的研究将中医辨证治疗应用于缺血性进展性脑卒中急性期患者中的作用与效果。方法选取2018年2月—2020年1月该院收治的缺血性进展性脑卒中急性期患者122例,依据随机化分组,设为对照组(n=61)、观察组(n=61)。对照组施予西医治疗,而观察组施予中医辨证治疗,观察并比较其最终的治疗结果。结果观察组治疗疗效60例(98.36%)与对照组治疗疗效52例(85.25%)相比显著更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.971,P<0.05)。治疗前,观察组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分(29.57±7.16)分与对照组NIHSS评分(30.37±7.17)分相比,差异无统计学意义(t=0.617,P>0.05);治疗后,观察组NIHSS评分(18.65±1.73)分与对照组NIHSS评分(23.90±1.98)分相比显著更低,差异有统计学意义(t=15.595,P<0.001)。结论中医辨证治疗应用到缺血性进展性脑卒中急性期患者中,能够获得更为理想的效果。

Objective To study the effect and effect of applying TCM syndrome differentiation treatment to patients with acute ischemic progressive stroke.Methods From February 2018 to January 2020,122 patients with acute ischemic stroke received in the hospital were selected.According to randomization,set as the control group(n=61)and the observation group(n=61).The control group was treated with Western medicine,while the observation group was treated with TCM syndrome differentiation.Observe and compare the final results.Results 60 cases(98.36%)of the observation group had a significantly higher therapeutic effect than 52 cases(85.25%)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.971,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score(29.57±7.16)points in the observation group and the NIHSS score(30.37±7.17)points in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=0.617,P>0.05);After treatment,the NIHSS score(18.65±1.73)points of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(23.90±1.98)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=15.595,P<0.001).Conclusion The application of TCM syndrome differentiation treatment to patients with acute ischemic progressive stroke can achieve a more ideal effect.
