恩替卡韦联合复方鳖甲软肝片治疗乙型肝炎相关活动性肝硬化临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Entecavir Combined with Compound Biejia Ruangan Tablets in the Treatment of Hepatitis B-related Active Liver Cirrhosis

目的探讨分析恩替卡韦联合复方鳖甲软肝片治疗乙型肝炎相关活动性肝硬化临床疗效。方法选取2018—2020年收治的68例乙型肝炎相关活动肝硬化患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,各34例。对照组患者采用恩替卡韦治疗,研究组患者采用恩替卡韦联合复方鳖甲软肝片治疗。治疗后12个月,对比检查肝功能指标情及肝纤维化各项指标。结果研究组患者的总胆红素(TBIL)(21±13)μmol/L、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)(25±12)U/L、凝血酶原活动度(PTA)(68±11)%和肝功能分级标准(Child-Pugh)(5.2±1.1)分,明显优于对照组患者的TBIL(31±15)μmol/L、ALT(33±13)U/L、PTA(61±9)%和肝功能分级标准Child-Pugh(7.8±1.6)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.937、2.636、2.871、7.808,P<0.05)。结论在治疗乙型肝炎相关活动性肝硬化时采用恩替卡韦联合复方鳖甲软肝片,明显改善肝功能指标和肝纤维化指标,治疗效果明显。

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy of entecavir combined with compound Biejia Ruangan tablets in the treatment of hepatitis B-related active liver cirrhosis.Methods A total of 68 patients with hepatitis B-related active liver cirrhosis admitted from 2018 to 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 34 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with entecavir,and patients in the study group were treated with entecavir combined with compound Biejia Ruangan tablets.Twelve months after treatment,the liver function indexes and liver fibrosis indexes were compared and checked.Results The total bilirubin(TBIL)(21±13)μmol/L,alanine aminotransferase(ALT)(25±12)U/L,prothrombin activity(PTA)(68±11)%and liver function classification standard(Child-Pugh)(5.2±1.1)points,significantly better than the control group patients TBIL(31±15)μmol/L,ALT(33±13)U/L,PTA(61±9)%and Child-Pugh(7.8±1.6)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.937,2.636,2.871,7.808,P<0.05).Conclusion Entecavir combined with compound Biejia Ruangan tablets can significantly improve liver function indexes and liver fibrosis indexes in the treatment of active liver cirrhosis related to hepatitis B.The therapeutic effect is obvious.
