探讨CT与超声诊断在急诊泌尿系统结石患者中的对比价值

Exploring the Comparative Value of CT and Ultrasound Diagnosis in Emergency Patients with Urinary Calculi

目的分析CT与超声诊断在急诊泌尿系统结石患者中的对比价值。方法该次研究所选择的研究对象是该院在2017年6月—2019年6月期间诊治的急诊泌尿系统结石患者700例,给予患者不同的诊断方式,并且按照奇偶数字法将其分成观察组和对照组,每组例数分别为350例。对照组主要接受超声诊断,观察组主要接受CT诊断,对比两组患者的诊断准确率。结果观察组中CT诊断泌尿系统结石有335例,对照组中超声诊断泌尿系统结石293例,观察组的泌尿系统结石诊断准确率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=27.309,P<0.05)。结论CT与超声诊断在急诊泌尿系统结石患者中的对比价值研究表明,CT诊断的准确率高于超声诊断。

Objective To analyze the comparative value of CT and ultrasound diagnosis in emergency patients with urinary calculi.Methods The research objects selected for this study were 700 patients with emergency urinary calculi diagnosed and treated in the hospital from June 2017 to June 2019.The patients were given different diagnosis methods,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to the parity number method,the number of each group was 350 cases.The control group mainly received ultrasound diagnosis,and the observation group mainly received CT diagnosis.The diagnostic accuracy of the two groups of patients was compared.Results 335 cases of urinary system stones diagnosed by CT in the observation group and 293 cases of urinary system stones diagnosed by ultrasound in the control group.The observation group accuracy in diagnosis of urinary system stones higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=27.309,P<0.05).Conclusion The comparative value study of CT and ultrasound diagnosis in emergency urinary calculi patients shows that the accuracy of CT diagnosis is higher than that of ultrasound diagnosis.
