CT诊断在慢阻肺合并肺间质纤维化中的应用价值

The Application Value of CT Diagnosis in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary with Pulmonary Interstitial Fibrosis

目的探究CT诊断在慢阻肺合并肺间质纤维化中的应用价值。方法选用2018年7月—2020年7月于该院肺内科检查记录高度疑似为慢阻肺合并肺间质纤维化的568例患者纳入该研究,随机对研究患者平均分成研究组、对照组,研究组(n=284)患者采用CT扫描诊断,对照组(n=284)患者采用X射线诊断。以临床诊断最终结果为标准,对比检测灵敏度、准确度、特异度,观察影像学特征表现。结果568例患者中,最终确诊人数为547例。CT扫描诊断的灵敏度(98.92%)、准确度(98.24%)、特异度(66.67%)均高于对照组(91.44%、88.73%、40.00%)。结论使用CT扫描诊断慢阻肺合并肺间质纤维化具有更高的应用价值。

Objective To explore the application value of CT diagnosis in COPD with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis.Methods From July 2018 to July 2020,568 patients with highly suspected chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis recorded in the hospital were included in this study.The study patients were randomly divided into study group and control group,patients in the study group(n=284)were diagnosed by CT scan,and patients in the control group(n=284)were diagnosed by X-ray.Take the final clinical diagnosis result as the standard,compared the detection sensitivity,accuracy,specificity,and observed the imaging characteristics.Results Among the 568 patients,547 were finally diagnosed.The sensitivity(98.92%),accuracy(98.24%),and specificity(66.67%)of CT scan diagnosis were higher than those of the control group(91.44%,88.73%,40.00%).Conclusion The use of CT scan to diagnose COPD with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis has higher application value.
