急性期脑梗死患者CT及MRI影像学价值分析

Analysis of CT and MRI Imaging Value in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的分析急性期脑梗死患者CT及MRI影像学价值。方法选择2019年1月—2020年1月该院收治急性期脑梗死95例患者,按随机数表分为两组,对照组47例使用CT检查,研究组48例使用MRI检查,对比两组检查结果。结果研究组疾病阳性诊断率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.547、4.270,P<0.05);研究组检查时间(21.09±4.71)min、检查费用(1103.44±157.73)元,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=14.548、32.323,P<0.05)。结论临床采用MRI和CT检查诊断急性期脑梗死患者,两种检查方式均存在一定的诊断价值,将两种检查方法联合使用更能提升诊断准确率,可为临床诊治提供有效依据,临床值得推广使用。

Objective To analyze the value of CT and MRI imaging in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,95 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table.47 cases in the control group were examined by CT,48 cases in the study group were examined by MRI,and the two groups were compared of the test results.Results The positive diagnosis rate of the disease in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.547,4.270,P<0.05);the examination time in the study group was(21.09±4.71)min,and the examination cost was(1103.44±157.73)yuan,both higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=14.548,32.323,P<0.05).Conclusion MRI and CT are used to diagnose patients with acute cerebral infarction in clinical practice.Both examination methods have certain diagnostic value.The combined use of the two examination methods can improve the accuracy of diagnosis and provide effective basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.It is clinically worthy of promotion and use.
