中医综合疗法治疗退变性腰椎管狭窄症的临床研究

Clinical Study on Treatment of Degenerative Lumbar Spinal Stenosis with Comprehensive Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的分析中医综合疗法治疗退变性腰椎管狭窄症的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年2月该院就诊的90例中医退变性腰椎管狭窄症患者为研究对象,根据患者的个人选择划入常规组与中医组,各45例。常规组予以常规药物治疗,中医组在此基础上行中医综合疗法,比较患者的症状恢复效果及疼痛分数。结果治疗后3个月,中医组ODI分数(9.02±2.72)分与常规组(15.11±3.12)分相比,差异有统计学意义(t=9.870,P<0.001);中医组JOA评分(24.11±2.72)分与常规组(20.03±1.16)分相比,常规组疼痛程度较高,差异有统计学意义(t=9.256,P<0.001)。中医组VAS分数(1.03±0.17)分低于常规组(2.17±1.14)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.635,P<0.001)。结论中医综合疗法治疗退变性腰椎管狭窄症的效果较好,能够快速缓解患者的藤椅感受,提升患者的自主生活能力。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment on degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis.Methods 90 patients with TCM degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis who were treated in the hospital from January 2019 to February 2020 were regarded as the research objects,and were divided into the conventional group and the TCM group(n=45)according to the patients'personal choices.The conventional group was treated with conventional drugs,and the traditional Chinese medicine group performed comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine treatment on this basis to compare the patient's symptom recovery effect and pain score.Results Three months after treatment,the ODI score of the Chinese medicine group was(9.02±2.72)points,and the routine(15.11±3.12)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.870,P<0.001).In the traditional Chinese medicine group,JOA scores were(24.11±2.72)points,routine(20.03±1.16)points,and the degree of routine pain was higher,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.256,P<0.001).The VAS score of TCM group(1.03±0.17)points was lower than that of routine group(2.17±1.14)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.635,P<0.001).Conclusion The comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is effective in treating degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis.It can quickly alleviate the patient's wicker chair feeling and improve the patient's ability to live independently.
