摘要
目的对上消化道出血患者实施阶段性健康教育,并分析此模式在患者护理中的临床价值。方法该研究选择2018年2月—2020年1月该院收治的上消化出血患者140例研究对象。依据随机数字表法分为两组。参照组患者实施传统护理,观察组患者实施阶段性健康教育。观察两组患者的护理效果。结果两组患者护理满意度分析,参照组85.71%(60/70)明显低于观察组97.14%(68/70),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.833,P<0.05);两组患者再出血率分析,参照组14.28%(10/70)明显高于观察组2.85%(2/70),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.833,P<0.05);护理后两组患者情绪应对、运动、药物治疗、健康责任等遵医行为评分分析,参照组(18.45±3.22)分、(17.86±3.26)分、(19.64±5.12)分、(18.03±2.74)分均明显低于观察组(21.69±2.85)分、(23.01±1.02)分、(22.66±2.14)分、(22.31±1.96)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.303、12.614、4.553、10.629,P<0.05);两组患者平均住院时间分析,参照组(14.69±2.68)d明显长于观察组(9.68±3.21)d,差异有统计学意义(t=10.023,P<0.05)。结论上消化道出血患者护理过程中,采用阶段性健康教育模式,一方面可以提升患者遵医行为依从性和对护理服务的满意度;另一方面也可以降低再出血率,缩短患者住院时间,具有较高应用价值。
Objective To implement phased health education for patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding and analyze the clinical value of this model in patient care.Methods The study selected 140 study subjects of upper gastrointestinal bleeding patients admitted to the hospital from February 2018 to January 2020.Divided into two groups according to the random number table method.Patients in the reference group received traditional nursing care,and patients in the observation group received periodic health education.Observe the nursing effect of the two groups of patients.Results In the analysis of nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients,85.71%(60/70)of the reference group was significantly lower than 97.14%(68/70)of the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.833,P<0.05);the two groups of patients had rebleeding Rate analysis,14.28%(10/70)in the reference group was significantly higher than 2.85%(2/70)in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.833,P<0.05);the two groups of patients were emotional coping,exercise,and medication,health responsibility and other compliance behavior score after the nursing analysis,the reference group(18.45±3.22)points,(17.86±3.26)points,(19.64±5.12)points,(18.03±2.74)points were significantly lower than the observation group(21.69±2.85)points,(23.01±1.02)points,(22.66±2.14)points,(22.31±1.96)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.303,12.614,4.553,10.629,P<0.05);the average length of stay of the two groups of patients analysis showed that the reference group(14.69±2.68)d was significantly longer than the observation group(9.68±3.21)d,and the difference was statistically significant(t=10.023,P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing process of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding,adopting a staged health education model can improve patient compliance and satisfaction with nursing services on the one hand;on the other hand,it can also reduce the rate of rebleeding and shorten the length of hospitalization for patients.It has high application value and is worthy of further promotion.
