优质护理在老年慢阻肺护理中的应用分析

Application Analysis of High-quality Nursing in Nursing Care of Elderly Patients with Chronic Obstructive Lung

目的分析优质护理在老年慢阻肺护理中的应用情况。方法分析2018年11月—2019年11月该院收治的94例老年慢阻肺患者护理相关内容,该次研究患者依照随机数字方式分为观察组与对照组各47例,观察组实施优质护理,对照组实施常规护理。观察并对比两组患者的肺功能、生活质量、护理满意度等指标。结果观察组肺功能PEF、MMEF、FFV1指标明显优于对照组[PEF(3.46±1.27)L/s vs(2.33±1.56)L/s;MMEF(2.58±0.65)L/s vs(1.67±0.43)L/s;FFV1(2.37±0.65)L vs(1.83±0.57)L],差异有统计学意义(t=3.851、8.005、4.282,P<0.05),观察组生活质量评分高于对照组[(90.73±4.39)分vs(81.65±6.03)分],差异有统计学意义(t=8.346,P<0.05),观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组95.74%vs82.98%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.029,P<0.05)。结论优质护理可促进老年慢阻肺患者的病情康复,改善其肺功能以及生活质量,值得推广使用。

Objective To analyze the application of high-quality nursing care in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods To analyze the nursing-related content of 94 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to the hospital from November 2018 to November 2019.The patients in this study were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 47 cases each.The observation group was provided with high-quality nursing care,the control group implemented routine care.Observe and compare the pulmonary function,quality of life,nursing satisfaction and other indicators of the two groups of patients.Results The PEF,MMEF,and FFV1 indexes of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group[PEF(3.46±1.27)L/s vs(2.33±1.56)L/s;MMEF(2.58±0.65)L/s vs(1.67±0.43)L/s;FFV1(2.37±0.65)L vs(1.83±0.57)L],the difference was statistically significant(t=3.851,8.005,4.282,P<0.05),the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group[(90.73±4.39)pointsv vs(81.65±6.03)points],the difference was statistically significant(t=8.346,P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group 95.74%vs82.98%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.029,P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing care can promote the rehabilitation of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and improve their lung function and quality of life.It is worthy of popularization.
