多元化护理在预防血液透析患者中心静脉导管相关性感染的研究

Study on Diversified Nursing Care in Preventing Central Venous Catheter-related Infection in Hemodialysis Patients

目的讨论多元化护理在预防血液透析患者中心静脉导管相关性感染的研究效果。方法现随机选取2018年7月—2020年10月期间在该院血液透析中心进行血液透析的110例患者作为研究对象,按照患者的入院时间将其分为研究组和对照组,每组55例,对照组在治疗中给予常规血液透析护理,研究组在治疗中给予多元化护理,对两组患者导管相关性感染发生率以及感染类型进行对比和分析。结果研究组低于导管相关性感染发生率对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.960,P=0.046);研究组出现1例出口感染和隧道感染,没有出现导管相关血流感染,对照组出现2例出口感染、4例隧道感染以及2例导管相关血流感染,其中隧道感染所占比例最高。结论多元化护理在预防血液透析患者中心静脉导管相关性感染中具有较好的应用效果,可降低导管相关性感染发生率,提升患者的治疗质量。

Objective To discuss the research effect of diversified nursing care in preventing central venous catheter-related infection in hemodialysis patients.Methods 110 patients who underwent hemodialysis in the hospital's hemodialysis center from July 2018 to October 2020 were now randomly selected as the research objects.According to the time of admission of the patients,they were divided into experimental group and control group.Fifty-five patients were included each.The control group was given regular hemodialysis care during treatment,and the study group was given diversified care during treatment.The incidence of catheter-related infections and infection types of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The incidence of catheter-related infections of the study group was lower the control group.The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.960,P=0.046);1 cases of exit infection and tunnel infection,but no catheter-related bloodstream infection of the study group,while the control group had 2 cases of exit infection,4 cases of tunnel infection,and 2 cases of catheter-related bloodstream infection,of which tunnel infection accounted for the highest proportion.Conclusion Diversified nursing care has a good application effect in the prevention of central venous catheter-related infections in hemodialysis patients.It can reduce the incidence of catheter-related infections and improve the quality of treatment for patients.
