摘要
通过古今文献研究,总结中药香囊的历史渊源、常用中药及其功效,阐述中药香囊的临床应用情况,认为古代医学家使用中药香囊治疗疾病取得了良好疗效;在近现代研究中,亦表明中药香囊具有抑菌、抗病毒、提高免疫力等疗效,可以用来预防治疗流感、改善睡眠质量,具有一定的缓和抑郁焦虑的作用。
Through the research of ancient and modern literature,this paper summarizes the historical origin,common traditional Chinese medicine and its efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine sachets,and expounds the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine sachets.It is believed that ancient physicians have achieved good effects in the treatment of diseases with traditional Chinese medicine sachets.In modern research,it also shows that traditional Chinese medicine sachets has the effects of bacteriostasis,antiviral and improving immunity.They can be used to prevent and treat influenza,improve sleep quality,and have a certain effect on alleviating depression and anxiety.
