小儿热速清颗粒联合穴位贴敷治疗儿童流行性感冒的疗效观察

Observation on Curative Effect of Xiaoer Resuqing Granule(小儿热速清颗粒)Combined with Acupoint Application on Influenza in Chi ldren

目的:观察小儿热速清颗粒联合穴位贴敷治疗儿童流行性感冒的临床疗效及对患儿血清转化生长因子-β1(transforming growth factor-β1,TGF-β1)的影响。方法:纳入流行性感冒患儿240例,将其随机分为3组各80例,对照组予帕拉米韦氯化钠注射液治疗,观察组1在此基础上加小儿热速清颗粒口服治疗,观察组2在观察组1基础上联合穴位贴敷。3组疗程均为1周。观察3组患儿的临床疗效、血清TGF-β1水平、血清炎症因子水平、胸片变化及发生的不良反应情况。结果:观察组2、观察组1、对照组的总有效率分别为92.50%(74/80)、75.00%(60/80)和57.50%(46/80),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),3组中两两比较,差异均有统计学学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后3组患儿血清TGF-β1水平均升高(P<0.05),观察组2和观察组1患儿血清TGF-β1明显高于对照组,且观察组2高于观察组1。治疗后3组患儿血清WBC水平明显升高,血清PCT、SAA水平明显降低,胸片结果提示改善明显。3组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:小儿热速清颗粒联合穴位贴敷可以有效改善儿童流行性感冒的临床症状,提高临床疗效及血清TGF-β1水平,增强患儿免疫功能,改善血清炎症因子水平,加速肺部炎症的吸收。

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of Xiaoer Resuqing Granule combined with acupoint application on children with influenza and the effect on serum transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1).Methods:A total of 240 children with influenza were selected and randomly divided into three groups,with 80 cases in each group.The control group received peramivir sodium chloride injection;Observation group NO1 was given oral treatment with Xiaoer Resuqing Granules on the basis of control group;Observation group NO2 was given acupoint application on the basis of observation group NO1.The treatment course of the three groups was a week.The clinical efficacy,serum TGF-β1 levels,serum inflammatory factor levels,chest radiograph changes and adverse reactions were observed in the three groups.Results:The total effective rates were 92.50%(74/80),75.00%(60/80)and 57.50%(46/80)respectively in observation group NO2,observation group NO1 and control group.There was significant difference in total effective rate among the three groups(P<0.05)and pairwise comparison between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum TGF-β1 level increased in the three groups after treatment(P<0.05).Observation group NO2 and observation group NO1 showed higher serum TGF-β1 level than control group and observation group NO2 showed higher serum TGF-β1 level than observation group NO1 after treatment.The serum WBC level increased,while serum PCT and SAA levels decreased in three groups after treatment.And chest radiograph results indicated significant improvement in three groups.There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoer Resuqing Granules combined with acupoint application can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of influenza in children,increase clinical efficacy and serum TGF-β1 level,enhance immune function,improve serum inflammatory factor level and accelerate the absorption of lung inflammation.
