消肿方治疗膝骨关节炎合并滑膜炎的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis with Synovial Effusion by Xiaohufang(消胖方)

目的:评价消肿方治疗膝骨关节炎合并滑膜炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取单侧膝骨关节炎合并滑膜炎患者98例,采用随机、对照、双盲的研究方法将其分为治疗组和对照组各49例。治疗组患者口服中药消肿方颗粒及洛索洛芬钠模拟片,对照组患者口服中药消肿方颗粒模拟剂及洛索洛芬钠片,疗程均为2周。分别记录患者治疗前、治疗后B超膝关节积液量、膝疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、膝关节西安大略麦马斯特大学骨关节炎指数可视化量表(WOMAC)评分、膝关节功能改善情况,以及治疗过程中出现的不良反应情况,并评估疗效。结果:两组患者治疗后膝疼痛VAS评分、膝关节WOMAC评分、膝关节积液量均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组患者治疗后WOMAC评分、膝关节积液量均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者膝关节功能临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:消肿方在治疗膝骨关节炎合并滑膜炎方面,不但具有和非甾体抗炎药一样的镇痛效果,而且消肿方能促进关节积液的吸收和关节功能的康复,且不良反应的发生率更低。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Xiaohufang in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with synovitis.Methods:Totally 98 patients of unilateral knee osteoarthritis combined with synovitis were selected and divided into treatment and control groups,with 49 cases in each group,according to a randomized,controlled,double-blind study method.The treatment group was given oral administration of Xiaohufang granule and loxolofen sodium sustained-release tablets simulation,while the control group was given oral administration of Xiaohufang granule simulation and Loxolofen sodium sustained-release tablets,with a course of two weeks.The amount of B ultrasonic examination,knee pain visual analog scale(visual analogue scale,VAS),knee joint of Western Ontario McMaster university Osteoarthritis Index visual scale(The Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index,WOMAC),knee joint function improvement as well as the adverse reaction were recorded and the efficacy was evaluated.Results:After treatment,the VAS score of knee joint pain,WOMAC score of knee joint and amount of knee joint effusion decreased in two groups,and the treatment group showed lower WOMAC score and amount of knee joint effusion than control group(P<0.05),while there was no statistical difference in VAS score between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).The treatment group showed better knee joint function clinical effect than control group(P<0.05).And The the treatment group showed less adverse reactions than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of knee osteoarthritis combined with synovitis,Xiaohufang shows the same analgesic effect as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,and it can promote the absorption of joint effusion and rehabilitation of joint function,with lower incidence of adverse reactions is.
