基于文献计量学对医学领域中体质研究的可视化分析

Visual Analysis of Physique Research in the Medical Field Based on Bibliometrics

目的:分析国内医学领域中体质研究的现状、热点。方法:在中国知网数据库(CNKI)中检索1962年1月至2020年8月8日医学领域中与体质研究相关的期刊文献,根据纳入标准、排除标准对期刊文献进行筛选。运用CiteSpace和VOSviewer软件进行数据分析并绘制关键词共现、聚类、时间线和突现知识图谱,以及作者和机构的合作网络图谱。结果:共纳入6086篇期刊文献,关键词共现知识图谱由1173个节点和5423条线构成;关键词聚类知识图谱的Q值为0.4153>0.3,S值为0.5888>0.5;关键词"体质"的突现度为77.0605。在作者密度视图中形成了8个作者合著集群。研究机构合作网络图谱由772个节点和466条线构成。结论:在医学领域中的体质研究整体呈现增长之势,近10年发展迅速。该研究领域的关键词所涉及范围较广;目前的研究热点为中医体质、痰湿质等研究,其他医学体系的体质研究有待深入。各作者合著集群的地理位置相对较为集中;各研究机构及作者团队的合作交流有待加强。

Objective:To analyze the current situation,research hotspots and development trend of physique research in domestic medical field.Methods:The periodical literatures related to physique research in the medical field from January 1962 to August 8,2020 were searched in CNKI database,and the periodical literatures were screened according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.CiteSpace and VosViewer software systems were used to analyze the data and draw the knowledge map of keyword co-occurrence,clustering,timeline and emergence,as well as the collaborative network map of authors and institutions.Results:A total of 6086 journals were included.The keyword co-occurrence knowledge map was composed of 1173 nodes and 5423 lines.The Q value and S value of the keyword clustering knowledge graph were 0.4153>0.3 and 0.5888>0.5 respectively.The emergent degree of the key word"physique"was 77.0605.Eight co-author clusters were formed in the author density view.The research institution collaboration network map consists of 772 nodes and 466 lines.Conclusion:The physique research in the field of medicine was growing as a whole,and had developed rapidly in recent 10 years.Keywords in this research field covered a wide range.At present,the research hotspots was focused on the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine and phlegm dampness,while the constitution of other medical systems needs to be further studied.The geographical location of the co-author cluster were relatively concentrated;The cooperation and exchange between research institutions and author teams need to be strengthened.
