处方药网络经营的现状和规范

随着互联网的日益发达,药品网络经营呈现蓬勃发展的趋势。2019年公布的新《中华人民共和国药品管理法》相较于此前对处方药的网络经营监管有所放开,但由于药品网络经营有关监管法律法规不完善,违规销售处方药的现象屡禁不止。通过对处方药网络经营的现状进行分析,发掘处方药网络经营存在的问题,借鉴和吸取国外的经验教训,探讨规范处方药网络经营的可行对策,以期加强处方药网络经营监督管理,促进处方药网络经营的健康发展。

With the development of the Internet, drug network operation is developing vigorously. The new Drug Administration Law, released in 2019, liberalizes the supervision of online operation of prescription drugs compared with the previous regulations. However, due to the imperfect laws and regulations on the regulation of online drug operation, the phenomenon of illegally selling prescription drugs has been repeatedly prohibited. By analyzing the current status of prescription drug network operations, the problems of prescription drug network operations were discovered.
