桂龙风湿巴布剂治疗类风湿性关节炎患者的临床效果

Clinical Effects of Guilong Fengshi Cataplasm in the Treatment of Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的探讨桂龙风湿巴布剂治疗类风湿性关节炎患者的临床效果。方法选取广州中医药大学第一附属医院白云医院和广东省第二中医院2019年1—12月进行治疗的类风湿性关节炎患者120例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,各60例。对照组患者采用麝香跌打风湿膏进行治疗,试验组采用桂龙风湿巴布剂进行治疗。比较两组临床疗效、关节压痛、关节肿胀、晨僵时间、红细胞沉降率、C反应蛋白及不良反应发生情况。结果试验组与对照组治疗有效率分别为90.00%、76.67%,试验组治疗有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,试验组关节压痛、关节肿胀、晨僵时间、红细胞沉降率、C反应蛋白改善幅度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率为10.00%,显著低于对照组的30.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论龙风湿巴布剂治疗类风湿性关节炎,可有效改善类风湿性关节炎关节压痛、晨僵、肿胀等各项临床指标,且不良反应较低安全性高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Guilong Fengshi Cataplasm in the treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods A total of 60 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to Baiyun Hospital, the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into a control group(n=30) and an experimental group(n=30). The patients in the control group were treated with Shexiang Zhuifeng Ointment. The experimental group was treated with Guilong Fengshi Cataplasm. The clinical efficacy, joint tenderness, joint swelling, morning stiffness, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, C-reactive protein and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the 2 groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group and the control group was 90.00% and 76.67% respectively, and the effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After intervention, the experimental group’s joint tenderness, joint swelling, morning stiffness, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, and C-reactive protein improvement were significantly higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the adverse reaction rate of the experimental group was 10.00%, significantly lower than 30.00% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Guilong Fengshi Cataplasm for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis can effectively improve various clinical indicators of rheumatoid arthritis, such as joint tenderness, morning stiffness, and swelling, with low adverse reactions and high safety.
