阿替普酶静脉溶栓联合丁苯酞对脑梗死患者梗死灶体积、认知功能的影响

Effects of rt-PA Intravenous Thrombolysis Combined with Butylphthalide on Infarct Volume and Cognitive Function in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨阿替普酶(rt-PA)静脉溶栓联合丁苯酞对脑梗死患者梗死灶体积、认知功能的影响。方法选取惠州市第一人民医院2018年8月至2020年6月收治的92例脑梗死患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各46例。对照组使用rt-PA静脉溶栓治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用丁苯酞治疗。比较两组治疗前、治疗4周后的梗死灶体积、认知功能[应用简易精神状态评价量表(MMSE)评估]。结果治疗4周后,两组梗死灶体积小于治疗前,且观察组梗死灶体积小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组MMSE评分高于治疗前,且观察组MMSE评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 rt-PA静脉溶栓联合丁苯酞治疗脑梗死可有效缩减梗死灶体积,改善患者认知功能。

Objective To explore the effects of intravenous thrombolysis with alteplase(rt-PA) combined with butylphthalide on the volume of infarct focus and cognitive function in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 92 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Huizhou First People’s Hospital from August 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects and assigned into a control group and an observaiton group by double-blind method, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis, and the observation group was treated with butylphthalide plus rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. The infarct volume and cognitive function of the 2 groups before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment were compared [applying the Mini Mental State Evaluation Scale(MMSE) for evaluation]. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, the infarct volume of the 2 groups were lower than before treatment, and the infarct volume of the observation group was lower than that of the control group;the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05). The MMSE score of the 2 groups was higher than before treatment, and the MMSE score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Intravenous thrombolysis with rt-PA combined with butylphthalide in the treatment of cerebral infarction can effectively reduce the infarct volume and improve the cognitive function of patients.
