补中益气汤治疗老年性眩晕患者的临床疗效

Clinical Study on Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the Treatment of Patients with Senile Vertigo

目的探讨补中益气汤联合甲磺酸倍他司汀治疗老年性眩晕患者的疗效。方法选取2019年3—9月于金州区中医医院老年科门诊进行诊治的脾气不足型老年眩晕患者104例作为研究对象,按照治疗方法不同分为甲磺酸倍他司汀片组(MSL组)与联合组(LH组),各52例。MSL组予以甲磺酸倍他司汀片治疗,LH组予以甲磺酸倍他司汀片联合补中益气汤治疗。比较两组治疗前后头晕目眩、恶心呕吐、神疲乏力、气短评分及眩晕分级、眩晕障碍量表的筛查表(DHI-S)评分、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)。结果治疗后,MSL组与LH组患者头晕目眩、恶心呕吐、神疲乏力、气短评分及眩晕分级、DHI-S评分、hs-CRP水平较治疗前降低,且LH组头晕目眩、恶心呕吐、神疲乏力、气短评分及眩晕分级、DHI-S评分、hs-CRP水平低于MSL组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,MSL组与LH组患者SOD水平较治疗前升高,且LH组SOD水平高于MSL组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补中益气汤联合甲磺酸倍他司汀可通过抑制氧化反应发生、缓解血管痉挛、清除自由基、抑制血管狭窄等方式改善头晕目眩、恶心呕吐等不良表现,提高老年眩晕患者生命质量。

Objective To explore the efficacy of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with Betahistine mesylate in the treatment of senile vertigo. Methods A total of 104 elderly vertigo patients with insufficiency type admitted to Geriatric Clinic of Jinzhou District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital between March 2019 and September 2019 were selected as the research objects. According to different treatment methods, they were divided into a betahistine mesylate tablets group(MSL group) and a combined group(LH group), with 52 cases in each. MSL group was treated with betahistine mesylate tablets, and LH group was treated with betahistine mesylate tablets combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction. The 2 groups were compared before and after treatment with dizziness, nausea and vomiting, fatigue, shortness of breath scores and vertigo classification, vertigo disorder scale screening form(DHI-S) scores, superoxide dismutase(SOD) and hypersensitivity C-reactive protein(Hs-CRP). Results After treatment, patients in the MSL and LH groups were dizzy, nausea and vomiting, fatigue, shortness of breath score and dizziness classification, DHI-S score, and hs-CRP levels were lower than before treatment, and the LH group had dizziness, nausea and vomiting, fatigue, and shortness of breath score and vertigo classification, DHI-S score, and hs-CRP levels were lower than those in the MSL group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment, the SOD level of patients in the MSL group and the LH group was higher than before the treatment, and the level of SOD group was higher than that of the MSL group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Buzhongyiqi Decoction combined with betahistine mesylate can improve the quality of life of elderly patients with vertigo by inhibiting the occurrence of oxidation, alleviating vasospasm, scavenging free radicals, and inhibiting vascular stenosis.
