宁夏经济高质量发展水平综合测度与差异分析

Comprehensive measurement and difference analysis of the high-quality economic development level of Ningxia

按照国家和宁夏经济高质量发展相关政策,借鉴当前国内外关于经济发展质量测度最新研究成果,构建宁夏经济高质量发展水平测度指标体系,依据2013年~2019年宁夏经济社会发展相关统计数据,得出党的十八大以来宁夏经济高质量发展水平和差异数据结果.经分析可知,2013年以来宁夏经济高质量发展水平波动中呈不断提高态势,区域差异也呈扩大趋势,其中区域间差异是导致整体差异的主要原因.因此,为加快推进宁夏经济高质量发展进程,提升经济高质量发展水平,应加大对中南部经济发展支持力度,加快推进基本公共服务均等化,大力推进区域协同一体化,加大生态环境建设力度,强化科技创新支撑.

In accordance with the relevant national and Ningxia economic high-quality development policies,and drawing on the latest research results on the measurement of economic development quality at home and abroad,an indicator system was constructed for measuring the high-quality economic development level of Ningxia.Based on the statistical data related to the economic and social development of Ningxia from 2013 to 2019,the results of high-quality economic development level and difference data of Ningxia since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China were drew.The analysis shows that since 2013,the level of high-quality economic development in Ningxia has continued to increase,and regional differences have also shown an expanding trend.Among them,regional differences are the main reason for overall differences.Therefore,to accelerate the process of high-quality economic development in Ningxia and improve the level of high-quality economic development,it is necessary to increase support for the economic development of the central and southern regions,accelerate the equalization of basic public services,vigorously promote regional coordination and integration,increase efforts to build the ecological environment,and strengthen support for technological innovation.
