高中生校园暴力流行病学调查与影响因素分析

Epidemiological investigation and influencing factors of campus violence in high schools

目的探讨江苏省Y市高中生校园暴力发生情况及其影响因素,为相关部门制定预防措施提供依据。方法采取整群抽样的方式,随机抽取该市3所高中开展匿名问卷调查,了解校园暴力的发生情况,并采用多因素logistic回归分析方法分析影响因素。结果共调查3 807名高中学生,近1年内遭受过校园暴力的有1 355人,发生率为35.59%,男生(43.30%)高于女生(27.44%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=101.70,P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,男生、年级、家庭成员关系不和睦、家庭教育方式为惩罚打骂型或惩罚说服结合型、父亲或母亲吸烟、控制情绪较困难、有饮酒史、近1年内经历过失恋,是中学生遭受校园暴力的主要影响因素(P值均<0.05)。结论高中学生校园暴力形势比较严峻,应当引起学校、家庭和社会各界的高度关注并采取有效的控制措施。

Objective To study the occurrence and its influencing factors of campus violence in high schools of Y city in Jiangsu province;to provide basis for relevant government agencies to formulate preventive measures. Methods A cluster sampling method was adopted to randomly select 3 high schools in the city to conduct an anonymous questionnaire survey.The occurrence of various types of campus violence was analyzed;the influencing factors were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression analysis. Results A total of 3 807 high school students were surveyed.In the past one year, 1 355 students suffered from school violence, the incidence rate was 35.59%.The incidence of male students(43.30%) was higher than that of female students(27.44%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=101.70,P<0.05).The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that male student, grade, unharmonious family relationship, family education mode of punishment beating and scold type or punishment persuasion combination type, father or mother smoking, emotional control difficulty, alcohol drinking history, break up in the past year were main influencing factors of campus violence of high school students(all P<0.05). Conclusion The campus violence among high school students is relatively severe, which requires more attention from schools, families and public.Effective control measures should be carried out.
