摘要
文章为解决老年用品功能堆砌的问题,提出一种基于KANO模型非正向指标的需求分析方法,帮助设计师更有针对性地根据用户需求简化产品功能,达到有效控制成本的目的,让产品的使用方式更符合老年人群的认知,使其拥有更适宜的用户体验。借助KANO模型对用户人群进行调查,确定产品功能的反向属性和无差异属性,并结合形态和情感两个维度为产品功能的删减和增强提供依据。
In order to solve the problem of function piling of products for the elderly,a demand analysis method based on KANO model non-positive indicators is proposed to help designers to simplify product functions more specifically according to user needs,achieve the purpose of effective cost control,make the use of products more in line with the cognition of the elderly,and make them have more appropriate user experience.KANO model was used to investigate the user population,to determine the reverse attribute and indifference attribute of product function,and to provide the basis for the deletion and enhancement of product function by combining the two dimensions of form and emotion.
