摘要
微针作为一种可有效穿透皮肤角质层增大药物透皮吸收和速率的新型技术,近年来在医药领域得到长足的发展,特别是在经皮给药系统。可溶性微针作为微针中的一大类,因其相较于别类微针独特的优势已成为热点研究开发的对象。基于此,本文将从可溶性微针的概念、特点、机理、材料的选择及近年来在各方面疾病中的研究运用进行总结及展望,以使更多学者对可溶性微针更深入的认识与了解。
As a new technology which can effectively penetrate the stratum corneum and increase the transdermal absorption and rate of drugs, microneedle has made a great progress in the field of medicine in recent years, especially in transdermal drug delivery system. As a large class of microneedles, dissolving microneedles have become the object of hot research and development because of their unique advantages compared with other kinds of microneedles. Based on this, this paper will summarize and prospect the concept, characteristics, mechanism and material selection of dissolving microneedle and its research and application in various diseases in recent years, in order to make more scholars have a deeper understanding of dissolving microneedle.
