摘要
分离纯化工艺是获得高分子量、高纯度透明质酸的关键环节,也是制约多数透明质酸原料企业生产高标准原料的技术瓶颈。现有技术中各种透明质酸纯化方法各有优缺点,针对不同原料的特点和不同产品需求,找到相应的分离纯化工艺对制备高标准透明质酸具有重要意义。只有透明质酸原料的品质不断优化,才能带来应用产品的不断迭代升级。
The separation and purification process is the key to obtain high molecular weight and high purity hyaluronic acid, and it is also the technical bottleneck restricting most hyaluronic acid raw material enterprises to produce high standard raw materials. Various purification methods of hyaluronic acid in the existing technology have their own advantages and disadvantages. According to the characteristics of different raw materials and different product requirements, it is important to find the corresponding separation and purification process for the preparation of high standard hyaluronic acid. Only when the quality of hyaluronic acid raw materials is continuously optimized, can the application products be continuously upgraded.
