广州市从化区突发水环境风险事件评估及对策建议 被引量:2

摘要 从化区作为广州市重要生态屏障,研究从化区突发水环境风险对于保障区域生态环境安全具有重要的理论和现实意义。采用2017年第二次全国污染源普查数据,引入地理信息系统空间分析法,以1 km×1 km的网格为基本单元,对从化区开展突发水环境风险事件评估。结果表明:从化区域整体属于较低风险区域;存在水环境风险值的区域面积约为979 km2,约占评估区域总面积的49.6%。鳌头镇区域风险值最高,其次为太平镇区域。从化区应实行水环境风险分区管控,重点加强鳌头镇、太平镇环境应急能力建设。 Conghua district is an important ecological barrier in Guangzhou. The study of sudden water environmental risks in Conghua district has important theoretical and practical significance for ensuring the safety of regional ecological environment. Based on data from the second national pollution source census in 2017, by adopting the spatial analysis method of Geographic information system, the paper zoned and classified the risk of water environment at a grid map of Conghua District basin with the resolution of 1 km×1 km.The results show that(1) The Conghua District as a whole is a low-risk area, and the area of water environment risk value is about 979 km2, accounting for 49.6 % of the total area of the assessment area.(2)Aotou Town has the highest regional risk value, followed by Taiping Town.(3)Conghua District should implement regional water environment risk management and control, focusing on str engthening the environmental emergency capacity building of Aotou Town and Taiping Town.
