摘要
针对福建省某印染企业经水洗、上色等工艺产生的废水有机物含量高,色度大,可生化性差的特点,采用混凝-水解酸化-生物接触氧化-臭氧催化氧化-曝气生物滤池深度处理的主体处理工艺,处理印染废水。该工艺运行结果表明:经过该工艺处理后,处理出水稳定,COD≤30 mg/L,SS≤10 mg/L,氨氮≤1.5 mg/L,BOD5≤6 mg/L,达到符合排入地表Ⅳ类水体的水质标准。
Aiming at the characteristics of high organic content, high chroma and poor biodegradability in wastewater produced by a printing and dyeing enterprise in Fujian Province through washing and coloring processes, coagulation-hydrolysis acidification-biological contact oxidation-ozone catalytic oxidation-aerated biological filter is adopted. The main treatment process of advanced treatment, treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater. The operation results of the process show that after the process, the treated effluent is stable, COD≤30 mg/L, SS≤10 mg/L, ammonia nitrogen≤1.5 mg/L, BOD5≤6 mg/L, which meets the requirements for discharge to the surface IV Water quality standards for similar water bodies.
