摘要 本文建立一种QuEChERS提取与高效液相色谱-串联质谱法快速测定金银花中吡虫啉和甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐残留量的方法。样品经QuEChERS法提取,经C18色谱柱分离,甲醇-0.1%甲酸溶液(5 mmol乙酸铵)等度洗脱,采用电喷雾正离子模式多反应监测,内标法定量。吡虫啉和甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐线性、精密度和准确度良好,检测定量限可低至2.5和10μg/kg,回收率在91.1%~105.9%范围之间。该方法快速简便,准确性强,灵敏度高,适合中药材中吡虫啉和甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐残留量的测定。 A method for the rapid determination of imidacloprid and emamectin benzoate residues in Flos Lonicerae by QuEChERS extraction and high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was developed. The samples were extracted by QuEChERS method, separated by C18 column, and eluted by methanol-0.1 % formic acid solution(5 mmol ammonium acetate). The electrospray positive ion mode multi-reaction monitoring and internal standard method were used for quantification. The limits of quantification(LOQ) of imidacloprid and methamectin benzoates were as low as 2.5 and 10 μg/kg. The recoveries were in the range of 91.1 %~105.9 %. The method is rapid, simple, accurate and sensitive, and suitable for the determination of imidacloprid and methamectin benzoate residues in Chinese medicinal materials.
