基于职业能力的高职石油工程技术专业课程体系建设研究

摘要 通过深度企业调研,明确石油工程行业岗位分布和职业能力要求,参考石油工程相关钻井、采油、井下作业等相应工种的职业资格标准,校企合作制定基于职业能力的石油工程技术专业课程体系,课程体系构建过程中重点关注专业核心课程和实践教学体系的构建,通过基于职业能力课程体系和课程建设改革提高石油专业建设质量和人才培养质量。 Through in-depth enterprise research, the position distribution and professional ability requirements of petroleum engineering industry are clarified. With reference to the professional qualification standards of drilling, oil production, downhole operation and other corresponding types of work, the school enterprise integration formulates the curriculum system of Petroleum Engineering Technology Specialty Based on professional ability. In the process of curriculum system construction, the construction of professional core curriculum and practical teaching system is focused. Through the reform of curriculum system and curriculum construction based on professional ability, the quality of petroleum specialty construction and personnel training can be improved.
