摘要
本研究团队旨在以培养实用型药学人才为出发点,反向重构药物化学课程群,促进课程体系由理论为主向"技术逻辑体系"转变,关注学生应用能力的培养,打造"以能力为中心"的课堂教学;推动教师由"传统学术型"向"应用学术型"的转变,培养专业课教师解决实际问题的能力,以及应对社会需求进行教学内容设计的能力;推进产教研的深度融合,构建立体化的应用型药学人才培养模式。
The purpose of the research team is to take the training of practical pharmaceutical talents as the starting point, reverse reconstruction of pharmaceutical chemistry course group, promote the transformation of course system from theoretical to "technical logic system", pay attention to the cultivation of students’ application ability, and create "ability-centered" classroom teaching. To promote the transformation of teachers from "traditional academic type" to "applied academic type", cultivate the ability of professional course teachers to solve practical problems, as well as the ability to respond to the social needs of teaching content design. Promote the deep integration of industry, education and research, and build a three-dimensional applied pharmaceutical talent training mode.
