摘要
提出DryLab软件辅助《仪器分析》课程课堂教学的观点,探讨了DryLab软件在液相色谱理论与实验课堂教学中的应用。DryLab作为一款液相色谱分离模拟软件,可模拟出不同色谱条件下的色谱图。利用DryLab软件辅助课堂教学,不仅可以拓展教学形式,克服传统《仪器分析》课程教学中方法单一,缺乏创新的不足,还能帮助和加深学生对书本理论知识和实践操作的理解和认识,激发学生的学习兴趣,提升教学效果。
The idea of using DryLab software to assist the classroom teaching of "Instrumental Analysis" was put forward. The application of DryLab software in the classroom teaching of liquid chromatography theory and experiment is discussed. DryLab, as a liquid chromatographic separation simulation software, can simulate the chromatographic separation results under different chromatographic conditions. DryLab software assists classroom teaching, which can overcome the shortcomings in the traditional "Instrumental Analysis" course of liquid chromatography teaching, such as single method, lack of innovation, and low efficiency. It can not only expand the teaching method, but also help and deepen students’ understanding of book theoretical knowledge and practical operation. And awareness. In addition, it can also stimulate students’ interest in learning and improve teaching effects.
