文章主要阐述了一种大型水轮发电机转子磁轭的叠装方法,与东方电机有限公司、哈尔滨电机厂及天津阿尔斯通水电设备有限公司工艺有所不同,通过糯扎渡、梨园及黄金坪电站转子磁轭叠装证明,此方法简单、易操作、风险低、施工效率高等优点,供同类型水轮发电机组转子磁轭叠装借鉴。

This paper mainly expounds a stacking method of rotor yoke of large hydrogenerator,which is different from that of Dongfang Motor Co.,Ltd.,Harbin Motor Factory and Tianjin Alstom Hydropower equipment Co.,Ltd.It is proved that this method is simple,easy to operate,low risk and high construction efficiency through the superimposed installation of rotor magnetic yoke in Nuozhadu,Liyuan and Huangjinping Power Stations.It can be used as a reference for the superimposed installation of rotor yoke of the same type of hydrogenerator set.
