大型水电站分瓣座环上、下环板焊接仿真及防变形施工控制

摘要 大中型水电站水轮机座环由于其体积大、重量重等特点,需要分瓣运输至现场进行组装、焊接,其焊接过程中,对法兰水平度、环板圆度均提出了较高的要求。本文建模了座环上、下环板关键焊接部位并进行动态焊接仿真,通过调整座环上、下环板焊接顺序和焊接工艺参数,仿真求解不同顺序及焊接工艺参数对座环焊接变形结果的影响,力求在焊接过程中,采取更严谨、科学合理的焊接工艺和方法,确保分瓣座环现场焊接变形可控。 Because of the large volume and heavy weight,hydraulic turbine seat rings of large and medium-sized hydropower stations need to be transported to the site for assembly and welding,and higher requirements are put forward for flange levelness and ring plate roundness in the process of welding.In this paper,the key welding parts of the upper and lower ring plate of the seat ring are modeled and the dynamic welding simulation is carried out.By adjusting the welding sequence and welding process parameters of the upper and lower ring plate of the seat ring,the influence of different sequence and welding process parameters on the welding deformation of the seat ring is simulated,and more rigorous,scientific and reasonable welding processes and methods are adopted in the welding process to ensure that the on-site welding deformation of the split seat ring can be controllable.
