摘要
做好专题研讨班的培训设计对提高培训质量和效果具有重要影响。林业草原干部教育培训专题研讨班以问题为导向,紧扣行业需求、业务实际和干部个人需求,选定研讨班主题,制定培训目标,精准选调培训对象,精心设计培训内容,精细挑选合适的培训师资和培训教学方式方法,认真做好培训期间的培训评估及培训后的跟踪反馈,使专题研讨班培训方案落到实处,达成培训目的,提高培训的针对性和实效性,提升林业草原干部素质能力。
It is very important for improving the quality and effect of training to design the special seminar well.The special seminar on education and training of forestry and grassland cadres is issue-oriented.Based on the needs of the forestry and grassland industry,business practice and personal needs of cadres,the seminar theme is selected,training objectives are formulated,training objects are accurately selected,training content is carefully designed,and appropriate training teachers and training teaching methods are carefully selected.The training evaluation during the training period and the follow-up feedback after the training should be done carefully,so that the special seminar training program can be implemented,the training purpose can be achieved,the pertinencies and effectiveness of the training can be improved,and the quality and ability of the forestry and grassland cadres can be improved.
