混合式教学现状、教学满意度及发展研究 被引量:10

摘要 文章将从混合式教学现状、学生教学满意度和未来发展构建混合式教学研究体系,在收集南昌市大学生填写的问卷基础上,利用统计学方法进行研究分析。研究发现,学校目前的混合式教学课程开设符合学生的期望;学生对于混合式课程中教师调动学习积极性较为满意,但对于自主学习能力提高、知识掌握和评价体系反馈这三个方面满意度较低;教学形式新颖以及课程资源丰富是吸引学生参加的最重要因素,而缺乏老师引导则是最大发展限制因素。基于此,文章分别从保持混合式教学优势、完善教学评价系统和加强教学组织管理三个方面给出建议。 This article will construct a mixed teaching research system from the current situation of mixed teaching,student teaching satisfaction and future development.Based on the questionnaires filled out by college students in Nanchang City,the paper uses statistical methods to conduct research and analysis.It found that the current blended teaching courses offered by the school meet students'expectations;students are more satisfied with the teachers'mobilization of learning enthusiasm in the blended courses,but are less satisfied with the three aspects of self-learning ability improvement,knowledge mastery and evaluation system feedback;Innovative teaching methods and rich curriculum resources are the most important factors to attract students to participate,while lacking of teacher guidance is the biggest limiting factor for development.And the article gives suggestions on maintaining the advantages of blended teaching,improving the teaching evaluation system and strengthening the management of teaching organization.
