阿仑膦酸钠联合辛伐他汀治疗2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松的临床效果

摘要 目的研究阿仑膦酸钠联合辛伐他汀治疗2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松的临床效果。方法选取2016年8月~2017年10月在新疆医科大学第二附属医院治疗的2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松患者80例,分为A组(40例)和B组(40例)。A组采用阿仑膦酸钠联合辛伐他汀进行治疗,B组采用单一阿仑膦酸钠进行治疗。对两组治疗1年后的有效率、视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)、骨代谢指标、骨密度(BMD)以及不良反应发生率进行比较。结果A组的治疗有效率高于B组(P<0.05)。A组的VAS评分显著低于B组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组骨密度指标均高于治疗前,且A组高于B组(P<0.05),A、B两组治疗前的骨密度相关指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组不良反应发生率低于B组(P<0.05)。结论阿仑膦酸钠联合辛伐他汀治疗2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松具有显著的临床疗效,值得应用。 Objective To investigate the effect of alendronate sodium combined with simvastatin on osteoporosis in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods 80 patients with T2DM and osteoporosis in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were enrolled from August 2016 to October 2017.The patients were divided into group A(40 cases)and group B(40 cases).Group A was treated with alendronate sodium combined with simvastatin.Group B was treated with alendronate alone.The response rate,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,bone metabolism index,bone mineral density(BMD),and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after 1 year of treatment.Results After treatment,the response rate in group A(95.00%)was higher than that in group B(77.50%)(P<0.05).VAS score in group A(1.32±0.11)was significantly lower than that in group B(2.41±0.14)(P<0.05).here were no significant differences in BMD indexes before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,BMD indexes in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and BMD indexes in group A were higher than those in group B(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in group A(2.50%)was lower than that in group B(22.50%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Alendronate sodium combined with simvastatin may be effective in the treatment of osteoporosis in patients with T2DM.
