丙泊酚联合瑞芬太尼靶控输注对老年手术患者麻醉苏醒质量的影响

Effect of Target-controlled Infusion of Propofol Combined with Remifentanil on the Quality of Recovery from Anesthesia in Elderly Surgical Patients

目的分析丙泊酚联合瑞芬太尼靶控输注对老年手术患者麻醉苏醒质量产生的影响。方法选取2017年1月-2018年12月期间在该院接受手术治疗的老年患者90例,按照数字随机法将患者划分为观察组与对照组,各45例。对照组使用丙泊酚联合芬太尼进行麻醉,观察组使用丙泊酚联合瑞芬太尼进行麻醉。之后记录麻醉停药之后患者的自主呼吸时间、吞咽动作时间、睫毛反射时间、清醒时间和指令动作时间,统计靶控输注丙泊酚联合瑞芬太尼起到的作用。结果观察组患者在麻醉停药后的自主呼吸时间(6.6±0.4)min、吞咽动作时间(10.4±2.1)min、睫毛反射时间(7.5±0.3)min、清醒时间(13.0±2.2)min和指令动作时间(15.9±1.1)min均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=55.747、22.739、88.548、20.291、52.746,P<0.05)。结论丙泊酚联合瑞芬太尼靶控输注对老年手术患者而言安全有效,患者术后的恢复时间更短,靶控输注方案适用于老年手术患者的麻醉需求,在临床手术治疗时的应用价值更高。

Objective To analyze the effect of propofol combined with remifentanil target-controlled infusion on the quality of anesthesia recovery in elderly surgical patients.Methods 90 elderly patients who underwent surgical treatment in the hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were divided into observation and control groups according to the number random method,with 45 cases each.The control group was anesthetized with propofol combined with fentanyl,and the observation group was anesthetized with propofol combined with remifentanil.After the anesthesia was stopped,the patient’s spontaneous breathing time,swallowing action time,eyelash reflex time,awake time and command action time were recorded,and the effects of target-controlled infusion of propofol combined with remifentanil were counted.Results The observation group's spontaneous breathing time(6.6±0.4)min,swallowing action time(10.4±2.1)min,eyelash reflex time(7.5±0.3)min,awake time(13.0±2.2)min and command action time(15.9±1.1)min was better than the control group,and the difference was were statistically significant(t=55.747,22.739,88.548,20.291,52.746,P<0.05).Conclusion The target-controlled infusion of propofol combined with remifentanil is safe and effective for elderly surgical patients,and the patient’s postoperative recovery time is shorter.The target-controlled infusion scheme is suitable for the anesthesia needs of elderly surgical patients and is used in clinical surgical treatment,the application value of time is higher.
