摘要
我国应急救援的需求逐渐增加,直升机在航空应急救援体系中的作用越来越明显,因此选择哪种型号的直升机并将其纳入该体系中是亟待解决的问题。文章针对航空应急救援体系中的存在较大不确定性因素的海上搜救问题开展研究。通过建立直升机海上搜救流程和任务评估模型,探究了直升机性能参数与任务效能之间的相关性,形成了一套完整的海上搜救型直升机性能参数分析方法。该方法在新型直升机设计的需求论证阶段,能够辅助设计员对任务成功率敏感度较高的直升机性能参数进行识别,从而更合理地开展总体设计工作。
With the gradually increasing of the requirement for emergency rescue in China,the role of helicopter in aviation search and rescue(ASAR)system is more and more important,so the following problem must be solved is which type of helicopter can be chosen into this system.This paper conducted related researches aiming at the maritime search and rescue(MSAR)with many uncertainty factors in ASAR.The relationship between performance parameter and mission evaluation was explored by establishing the flow of helicopter MSAR and the mission evaluation model,then a completed analysis method of helicopter performance parameter was proposed.It could help designer identify the parameter with high sensitivity to mission success rate in requirement demonstration stage of new helicopter,and then made the overall design be carried out more reasonably.
